HMS Albion and Bulwark retiring
Two Devonport-based warships could be sold to Brazil.
The Ministry of Defence says offloading HMS Albion and Bulwark is part of its efforts to cut costs.

But experts claim the move underlines the pressure on the defence budget.
Both ships were due to be retired last month.
