Concerns have been raised about plans to brighten up Exeter's Princesshay shopping centre
- because the changes would make it look too different from the rest of the High Street shopping area.
The owners of Princesshay want to introduce new bright red signs, along with LED underfoot lighting.
The Exeter Civic Society thinks this would devalue the rest of the city centre.
