Police investigating a fatal hit and run accident in Cornwall have seized a vehicle in Exeter, and arrested a man in London.
The body of a 45 year old woman was found in a roadside ditch at St Minver yesterday morning.
Police recovered a Landrover Defender in the car park of Exeter St David's Station and later arrested a man in London on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, and failing to stop.
