Exeter to Waterloo trains disrupted for hours
British Transport Police are trying to find who is responsible for putting road signs on train tracks at Pinhoe on Wednesday afternoon.
A train struck the signs and it took nearly 6 hours for the busy Exeter to London line to reopen.
They're warning that placing things on tracks causes real delays for people and can have deadly consequences. They've urged people to stay off the tracks.
