A new hotel looks set to be built on the site of the old Turks Head Lodge Motel in Honiton, creating 25 jobs.
A planning application has been submitted to East Devon District Council, for a 66-bedroom Premier Inn.
It's hoped that the work will also include improvements to a notorious junction nearby
