Driver taken to hospital
A woman in her 40s has tragically lost her life after a car collided with a lorry on A30 at Whiddon Down.
The collision occurred around 10 pm on Tuesday, October 15, involving a Scania lorry and a silver Kia Ceed.
The driver of the Kia, a man in his 60s from Helston, sustained minor injuries and was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Police are appealing to witnesses and anyone with relevant footage to come forward, quoting log 835 of 15/10/2024.
