A new app which has been developed by researchers at Exeter University could help you shed the extra Christmas pounds and change your eating habits for good.
Psychologists at the university have created the game to re-train the brain to stop people reaching for alcohol and junk food.
A trial in Exeter involving 83 people saw them eat an average of 200 calories less per day.
Doctor Natalia Lawrence from Exeter University created the Food Trainer App and she says most people only need to play it for around 10 minutes per day.
