A new city centre swimming pool in Exeter is on the priority list to be considered by city planners this week.
Following the City Council elections last month, which saw labour take overall control, manifesto plans are being pushed forward.
Among the other plans up for discussion is a joint parking enforcement and community patrol service, improved play areas and co-operative home ownership.
With the Paris Street bus station redevelopment going ahead, plans for the new swimming pool on the same site are being finalised.
