More of us in Devon are going to become property millionaires because house prices have started to soar again.
Research by the London School of Economics for the Santander Bank says there'll be a six-fold increase million pound properties by 2030.
And they won't necessarily be country estates or plush apartments with sweeping sea views. Even modest homes could reach the million pound mark in the years ahead.
