A man's been taken to hospital with a serious neck injury after being attacked in Dawlish last night.
The man, in his 30s, confronted a group of teenagers on the Green at about ten o'clock and was assaulted with a sharp object.
A 19 year old man was arrested in the early hours of this morning.
