Police in Exeter are investigating reports of a half-naked cyclist.
A man was seen yesterday evening riding along the streets between Market Street and the Quay, wearing a dark hoodie and no trousers or underwear.
He's believed to be the same person who was seen in the early hours of last Thursday, in the same area and again cycling naked from the waist down.
He was white and in his 20s or 30s with scruffy collar length hair.
