42 people have already booked their place
Rackets, balls and equipment are open to the public tomorrow for free sessions at the tennis courts on Cowick Barton Playing Fields, there's still time to book yourself on and have some fun.
42 people have already booked their places at www.tennisforfree.com but there's still room for more. Steve Ashton (pictured) from Exwick Tennis Hub is running the turn-up and play sessions in partnership with Tennis For Free and Exeter City Council, who recently refurbished the courts and are trying to get more people in the city fit and active.
The sessions - from 9am to 10:30am - are open to all ages and abilities and you don't even need to have your own racket, as all the equipment is free to use.
