The co-founder of Exeter's Festival of South West Food and Drink says he believes he and his colleagues have achieved what they set out to do.
This weekend's festival is the tenth event since it was created by local chef Michael Caines, along with business leaders and food and drink producers.
The aim was to make this area a destination for fans of top-quality produce, while also offering the suppliers a showcase event.
Speaking at the launch of this year's festival, Michael said he thought the festival had become an important event for local food and drink suppliers, as well as engaging with the Exeter community.
