Joseph Birch is already serving a sentence at HMP Dartmoor.
He was convicted of money laundering and fraud in 2016.
A court ruled last year that he made 7.5 million pounds from his criminal activity. They also found he'd hidden assets worth more than 5.5 million pounds.
He was asked to repay the money within 3 months. After not repaying anything, he's now been sentenced to a further seven years in prison.
Birch was brought to justice following a five year investigation by the Devon and Cornwall Police Fraud Office.
