Questions are being asked about the safety and well-being of children in the care of Devon county council.
Liberal Democrat councillors are concerned about claims that children in an care home in Rifford Road in Exeter were subjected to 'inappropriate use of restraint.'
They're now asking whether the council has been entirely open about a report by OFSTED which said child protection services were inadequate.
At the time the council said the failings had been mainly administrative.... but now the Liberal Democrats say they'll be raising the issue at the next Cabinet meeting.
