A council tenant in Budleigh Salterton's been evicted for anti-social behaviour.
Back in March Alison Day was given 42 days to leave her flat in Greenhaven, following a series of incidents which included the police being called to the premises.
Now a judge has refused to postpone the order, meaning she had to leave.
She's been temporarily re-housed in another council property.
