Extra funding's been secured to help ensure that important transport schemes in Devon go ahead - including Exeter's new railway halts, and investment in access roads into the city.
This week the county council rubber-stamped a capital programme of nearly a hundred and 33 million pounds to be spent over the next two years.
It included an extra 15 million, secured from various grant schemes supporting infrastructure which will benefit the economy.
The programme includes the Newcourt and Cranbrook railway stations, and road improvements near the airport and the East Devon Growth Point.
It will also see improvements to walking and cycling routes and better information at bus stops.
