Police say it's not suspicious.
Devon and Cornwall Police has confirmed a man was found dead yesterday (Wednesday 29th May) at a property at Lower Collpark, Totnes.
Officers were called at around midday after concerns were raised for the welfare of a man.
The 29 year old was pronounced dead at the scene and the death is not being treated as suspicious.
